Q: I’m only looking to purchase a simple single camera or smart camera and I’d like to install it myself, can you supply one?
A: Yes. We provide a full range of vision system components, peripherals and accessories. Most customers ask us to integrate the vision system, but we are happy for you to purchase the base system only and install it yourself. If you only require a single camera, light or optic, we are happy to help.

Q: I have a quality problem and I’m not sure vision can solve it?
A: We are happy to evaluate any new potential applications or requirements. Many customers send us parts for evaluation so we can help them understand if vision technology is suitable. Call us today to talk through your ideas.

Q: I’m a machine builder and need some help specifying a vision solution for one of my customers?
A: No problem. Our engineering service provides a second tier of engineering support and integration to complement your own team. We work with many machine builders and systems integrators and are happy to evaluate potential applications and offer advice on a suitable solutions. Our engineers can attend project meetings with your customers, provide comprehensive pre-sales vision tests and reports, supply CAD drawings that can be used in your engineering designs. We can also provide full integration, commissioning and testing of the vision system at your facility if required.

Q: Can you provide vision system training for my operators?
A: We have a full range of training courses available. Our basic two day vision system training course takes place bi-monthly. We provide operator training on-site to cover maintenance, daily operation and trouble shooting for your vision system.

Q: I’m not an expert on vision systems, can you recommend a solution?
A: Yes, our internal laboratory includes more than 40 types of machine vision lighting, a comprehensive range of optics and filters and all resolutions of linescan and area scan cameras. This allows us to test almost any application, however unique or specific to your production process or industry. Our machine vision experts are happy to test and recommend a solution for you.

Q: I need a special purpose vision inspection machine, can you help?
